Yes, you can track the status of your order under the track Order section.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation ?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed an order, you can cancel and reorder it

Payments-/Refund-related FAQs

How can I make payments at Rewarionline ?

Rewarionline accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, PayTM  and Mobikwik Wallet. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available .

How long do you take to initiate my refund ?

For pre-paid/online transactions the refunds will be credited/rolled back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 5-7 working days for debit/credit card payments and 24-48 hours for other wallets.

Delivery-related FAQs

What are your delivery times?

In some locations, our deliveries begin from 6 AM and the last delivery is completed by 8 PM.

Can I change the delivery address of my order ?

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder from a different location.

How can I cancel my order?

Rewarionline provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the  web before it is dispatched to your home. This option is available under the “ Order” tab in “ Details”.
